Supported Living
We provide social assistance to our clients by maintaining their social contact which includes, families, and a circle of health professionals including Multi-Agency Disciplinary Teams to ensure the health, well-being, and safety of our clients is protected and promoted. This means we will assist and support clients to book their health check appointments, meet up with families and visitors, and also ensure clients are assisted to manage their finances and paying their household bills on time.
Domiciliary Care
The services we provide are effective and meet people’s needs, promoting their independence and choices. Our carers are trained to support and assist clients to maintain their health and well-being in their homes, to assess and provide clients’ needs, to assist and make sure support is delivered in line with care standards, legislation, and evidence-based guidance to achieve effective outcomes
Complex Care
We provide highly trained nurses and support workers that can provide specialised care packages to patients with complex healthcare issues. Issues can include brain damage, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and learning disabilities. Our staff are proficient in a wide range of specific caring methods to suit each individual needs.
