So glad I found Lillian and her team of carers the excellent care my mom receives from Melissa is outstanding she is so kind,compassionate and has all the time in the world for her needs. Melissa encourages my mom to eat and helps feed her on difficult days she also takes time to do word search puzzles to keep her mind active. Lillian also provides great support for me any time of the day or night and at short notice providing extra care when needeed can’t thank you enough .

They are friendly and they do their job in a personal centred way ,my mom is also diabetic but they are always on time and even if they were scheduled to leave at a certain time they say till the needs of my mom are met
